Submitting this form will create a request for an audition date with our department of music. Please note that this form is for applicants wishing apply as a music majors to VSU. After submitting you will be contacted by the department to confirm your audition request. If you prefer, a pdf version of this form is available, which you may print out and send in the mail.

Auditions may also be set up by contacting our office or the appropriate faculty member for your instrument. For auditions students are required to perform two pieces of contrasting style. Instrumental majors should be prepared to play scales. Piano and voice students should be prepared to perform from memory.
