Natural High

Natural High is a collaborative effort between the Offices of AOD Education, Campus Recreation, and Housing & Residence Life.

  • Natural High is a student run organization which provides fun and creative activities for VSU students. These activities promote healthy and positive lifestyle choices. The following are some past and future activities offered by Natural High:
  • Cosmic Bowling
  • Drive-In Movie
  • Dances
  • Movie Marathon
  • Scoops & Scribbles
  • Rollerblading
  • Luau
  • Miniture Golf
  • Comedy Night
  • Pool Party

Natural High is non-judgemental and does not dictate morals or personal values. All students and members of the VSU community are eligible to participate.

Have you ever said to yourself or a friend "There's nothing to do in Valdosta?" Do you feel like you have to go to other cities, such as Atlanta, to have a good time? If so, then this program may be for you. Your participation in Natural High will benefit you in the following ways:

  • Promotes healthy & positive lifestyle choices.
  • Relieves stress from school, work, and studying.
  • Enhances interpersonal relationships.
  • Promotes autonomy & growth.
  • Provides fun & enjoyment without alcohol.

Natural High meeting are held once a week to discuss issues regarding the program and upcoming events. If you would like to attend these meetings, contact the Office of AOD Education at 259-5111, Intramurals and Recreation (333-5898), or Housing and Residence Life (333-5920).
