Sample Demographics

Following are some summary characteristics of the students who completed and returned the questionnaire.
   • 22.2% were freshmen 
   • 28.6% were sophomores
   • 28.1% were juniors
   • 20.4% were seniors
   • 00.0% were graduates
   • 0.30% were other

   • 87.4% were in the “typical college range of 18 - 22
   • 58.3% were female
   • 72.7% lived off campus 
   • 52.8% worked part-time or full-time
   • 93.9% were full-time students
   • 18.4% reported spending at least 5 hours per month in volunteer work
