Step 1

Access the Valdosta State University homepage.

Click on the Registration and Advising (Banner) link.

Step 2

Click on the Login link.

Step 3

Enter your User ID (student ID number 870-XX-XXXX) and your PIN number.

Note: If this is your first time logging in your PIN number is your six digit birthday (MMDDYY; leave “19” off of your birth year), you will need to contact the Registrar's Office at 229-333-5727 to have it reset.

Click on the Login button.

Step 4

Click on the Personal Information link.

Step 5

Click on the View E-mail Addresses link.

Step 6

From here you are viewing your email address. Your login name is all letters that appear before the “@valdosta.edu”.

Step 7

Now you may use the Blazenet system to login to your email account. Keep in mind your login name is what appears before the “@valdosta.edu”. Your PIN (or password) is again your six digit birthday (MMDDYY; leave “19” off of your birth year.

**Note even if you changed your password in BANNER you will need to change it again in Blazenet.
