October 13, 2008Wow, so I don’t even know where to start! It’s midterm already and the semester is flying by. College life is everything I had hoped for and SO much more! Several big things have been happening since my last blog. My sorority had our Big and Little week in which everyday of the week I had another basket of gifts waiting on me at my residence hall. It was super exciting trying to figure out who my big sister would be. At the end of the week, all of the big sisters revealed themselves at one of our chapter meetings; I was so glad to see Jamie was mine! Also, my sorority held our Crush dance, which is where every sister takes a date and dresses up! (I’ve posted pictures from Crush). And very recently, we’ve begun working on our homecoming activities; the float for the parade, the lip-sync contest, and the sidewalk chalk contest. Of course the game will be a blast too! I’ve been an extremely busy girl with all of these activities, work, and getting straight A’s at midterm! Just goes to show that you CAN have it all! I love VSU. Blog later!
