AHH!! I need to breathe.  Just got back from the break and huge, HUGE reality check.  I was soo spoiled when I was home.  Dinner every night, showering without someone a few inches away taking another shower, sleeping without having my alarm clock blare in my face early in the morning…man, was it nice.  But, it’s over. Back to ramen noodles, single dorm beds, teachers, books, and the whole package.  But, there was a time over the break where I missed all this, believe it or not.  My new classes are great!  I spaced them out this time instead of having them in a row and it works much better for me.  I like to get things done in between classes instead of all at once after they are done. The first semester was pretty rocky but now I feel like I have things under control and I can get a grip on everything that goes into being a college student.

Late nights on the weekdays do not work.  You will wake up tired and unmotivated.  I save those nights for the weekends and even then I might just take it easy.  A bit of advice I have might be, spread things out!  You cannot cram in college.  In high school, I procrastinated and got away with it.  There is no way you will succeed here if you try and do that.  Ok, sorry if I sound like a parent, but I am very serious about that.

Anyways, sorry to cut it short, but this is literally all the time I had.  I have to get ready for auditions…I am auditioning for a school play because I absolutely love acting and would be so grateful to pursue a career in it.  I cannot believe it is 2008!  Happy New Year!
