I am FINALLY back at school! It has already been two weeks and the time is flying by. I am so happy to be back though. Being gone for the end of last semester I missed a lot of things, but mostly my friends. I was very happy to finally be reunited with them when I returned on campus. My class load for this semester is EXTREMELY large! I am taking 17 hours on top of the two classes that I have to finish from last semester. In addition, I am working 30 hours a week! There is certainly a lot on my plate, and then you have to throw in a social life. I am doing my best to balance it all and so far so good. The classes I am taking are luckily spaced out so I do not have too much to worry about all at the same time, but then again it is only the third week. I am still getting used to all the walking a college campus requires, and the first few days were killer but I have finally started to adjust. As far as the progress on my leg goes, I am able to walk without crutches but often still use one when walking to class or working simply because of the amount of walking and the fact I can get where I am going faster. I am hoping to be rid of it completely in the next month or so. Unfortunately tonight I have quite a bit of reading to do for my History course, so I will have to cut this blog short. However, I will do my best to write another blog whenever I have some free time between all six of my classes and my thirty hour work week. Until next time, Kevin |
