Hey Guys,

Hope you all are doing well.  I just wanted to write again since my last blog was cut short due to no time!  Anyway, I was thinking about it and I definitely have not even mentioned that the VSU football team took it all the way to the National Championship and WON! That is pretty ‘pimp’ as they would say. Haha I could imagine how tough that must have been to win the National Championship.  When I played volleyball in high school, my Junior year, we went all the way to state.  I can remember how much time, practice, energy, and hard work we put into each day we were together.  It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.  Unfortunately, we ended up losing in the finals, but I will never forget how proud I was of each and every one of my teammates.  Accomplishing an individual goal is awesome but doing it as a team is unforgettable.  It takes much patience and understanding of each other to succeed in any team you may be in.  It does not have to be in just sports, either.  There are many teams in life who want and strive on accomplishing the same goal.  I am very proud to go to school where a sport’s team has won a National Championship.  Not many people get to experience winning a major championship in their lives and, if you have experienced winning one, you know exactly how great it feels to accomplish such a goal.

Well, I wanted to write this to congratulate our football team for doing such a good job of representing our school.  My other team I love is FSU and I think most of us know they didn’t do such a hot job representing them or the program this year (kinda let me down!) but I do have the Blazers and I am very proud to be one!

One more thing…  I would love to hear from some of you if you have questions about VSU, have some doubts on college, or maybe scared silly of it!  I would be more than happy to help you out with any concerns or questions you have.  If you want to tell me you think you are awesome and will love college that is perfectly fine, too! : )  So, I’m on Facebook so look for me! You could also apply to be a student blogger next year. Just go to this link and the guy who runs this will put you in touch with me.

Ok guys, hope to talk to you soon!  Take Care!
