August 25, 2008What a weekend we had, I have to tell you about the first football game, it was amazing. We played in the rain, we got soaked, but because ofthe excitement of the game no one seem to care that we were all getting soaked. We had tailgaters who did not let the rain stop them, and lets not forget the fans, I could not belive how many people came out to watch in such bad weather, especially the student body. My parents came to support me and the team and so did many others. Again Valdosta really supports its athletes, I can see why we won TITLE TOWN!!!! What a way to start the season with a 56-3 victory over Ft. Valley State, look out Newberry, the Blazers are coming to town this weekend!!!
