Hello!

Well this will be the second to last entry for the Faces of V-State. It really makes me sad that my first year of college is coming to an end.

Lately I have been trying to get my grades high in classes and stay on top of my school work. I have been spending lots of time in the library. Odom is slowing becoming a good friend of mine.

Work is kind of stressful with all the schoolwork to maintain as well but I think I’m doing a pretty good job with keeping everything in tact. This year has really flown by and I can’t believe I will be writing my last entry in the next week.

My friend Emily and I have found a place to stay for the summer and the next school year. It’s a duplex in Remerton, which is really close to campus, so I can just ride my bike to class if I wanted. We are really excited to get the place to move in. It’s crazy that I will be moving my stuff out of Hopper next week to move to another location. It feels like just yesterday that I came down to my new home, Valdosta, to move in.

I really can’t complain about anything that is going on in my life right now. My boyfriend gets home from Afghanistan in the next month, so I’m really excited about that!!

I hope all of the prospective students are having a great junior/senior year in high school. Live it up because those days will fly by and the next thing you know you will be transgressing into a whole new life.  : ) Take care kiddos and I will write my last post very very soon. Make sure to come back for the last entry. I will be broadcasting a lot of feedback from my freshman year. I will also write about how I thought things would be like coming to college and the outcome of how things really turned out to be.

Xoxo! Kelsey
