Hi! My name is Analicia and I am so excited to be a freshman here at Valdosta State! I am a native of the beautiful, historic city of Savannah, GA. I have a passion for the community and always try to give back. I love to laugh and I am inspired by the simple things in life. I intend to major in Nursing and minor in Spanish to become a neonatal nurse practitioner in the near future. Upon first sight of the campus you will fall in love with the palms and azaleas. I chose to attend Valdosta State University because of the diversity and location. When comparing one to another, the other institutions simply did not seem like the right fit for me.
One thing I love about VSU is the BLAZER PRIDE! It’s natural; almost as if everyone is born with it flowing through their veins. The various organizations on campus are endless I can’t wait to get involved! I am ready for the presentation of my future life to unfold. I plan to meet new people and learn a great deal from my college experience. GO B-L-A-Z-E-R-S!
