Step 3: Ending a Remote Desktop Connection Session
Once you have finished using Remote Desktop, please make sure to end the Remote Desktop connection session using the steps listed below. Simply closing Remote Desktop will cause an improper disconnection, preventing you from being able to reconnect at a later time.
