Sharing Calendars within Outlook 2010

Step 1:

Open Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Step 2:

Click the Calendar tab on the bottom-left.

Click the Calendar Tab

Step 3:

Right-click the calendar you wish to share.

Then, highlight the Share option.

Finally, click the Share Calendar option.

Right-click, share, share calendar

Step 4:

Type in the address for the user you wish to share the calendar with.

Then, select the level of Detail you would like the user to see on your calendar.

Finally, click the Send button.
