These web pages bring together all the state requirements for managing on the road tagged and licensed vehicles. The management of vehicles is required under the administrative requirements of the Governor's Office for Planning and Budget Policy 10 revision 6 found at OPB/OFM Policy 10:

The Fleet Coordination pages cover procedures for ordering, using, maintaining, insuring, surplusing, and reassigning vehicles as well as use of the state fuel card for all VSU vehicles.  Fleet management includes management, procurement and maintenance of University vehicles.
