Welcome to Fit Club!
Fit Club uses the DVD BEACHBODY resources for group workout sessions. classes are offered every semester with varying workout intensity and levels.
Currently we have PiYo scheduled for Spring 2015. PiYo is influenced by Pilates and Yoga and takes similar moves and speeds them up for a higher calorie burn. It’s a low-impact, no jumping and no weights workout that focuses on strength, flexibility and defining your body. All classes will be held in the University Center Dogwood Room Monday and Thursday nights from 6:15-7:00 p.m.
