Jill Ferrell holds a Master's of Education in Administration and Supervision and a B.F.A in Communications from VSU. From 1992-1996 she was Assistant Director of Student Activities and a Residence Hall Director at Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton, Georgia. Ms. Ferrell attended VSU on a tennis scholarship and was very active as a campus leader. She served as Panhellanic President in 1987, Panhellenic Rho Chi-Rush Counselor, Panhellenic Rho Lambda Honor Society, and a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society. Other honors during her college years included Outstanding Young Women of America, Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities, Outstanding College Students of America, 1987 Gulf South Conference Tennis Champion, and 1987 Senior of the Year of the Gulf South Conference. She was also a charter member of Chi Omega Sorority at VSU. In 2011, Jill was enshrined into the VSU Hall of Fame for Women's Tennis (1984-1987).
Anthony Bryant has been working for Valdosta State University since 1991. As an undergraduate student at VSU, Anthony worked for Housing and Residence Life as a Resident Assistant and also as an Assistant Manager of the on campus apartments. After obtaining his Bachelors degree in Administrative Services, Anthony continued his employment with the Division of Auxiliary Services. Throughout the years at VSU, he has had the pleasure of working with the Governor's Honors Program, and also working with the VSU Mass Choir, serving as an officer, advisor, director, and member. He is a member of the National Parking Association and has extensive training with T2 Systems parking software. Anthony has attended T2 user group conferences as well as different training classes offered by the Training and Development Department at VSU. Anthony has obtained a Masters Degree in Higher Education/Student Personnel from VSU. His future plans are enrolling in the Higher Education Doctoral program.
Kevin Emert has been working for Valdosta State University since 2001. As an undergraduate student at VSU, Kevin began working as a parking patroller. In 2003, he became the Parking Personnel Supervisor. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Services, he continued his education by receiving a Masters in Education specializing in Workforce Education and Development . Kevin has attended T2 user group conferences and has extensive training with T2 Systems parking software and has also participated in different training classes offered by the Training and Development Department at VSU. Kevin plans to take part in the Doctoral program at VSU.
Arian Bryant is the Transportation Supervisor for VSU Parking & Transportation Department. In 2007, Arian Bryant relocated to Valdosta, GA from his hometown Ocilla, GA to further his education. In 2013, Arian received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Valdosta State University. Currently, he is also pursuing his Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership. Since 2010, Arian was a part of the Night Operations Team. Upon completion of graduation, he was promoted to the Night Operations Supervisor in August of 2013. Also, Arian worked for the Office of Housing & Residence Life from November 2010 until August 2014. Recently, Arian has joined the Parking & Transportation family as the Transportation Supervisor.

Chasity Gill started her employment with Valdosta State University in 2008 as a front desk student assistant, the summer before she started her freshman year at VSU. Currently, she is the Administrative Secretary for the Parking & Transportation department. Chasity is responsible for hiring and training student assistants within the office and to also assist customers. She has completed customer service and ethics training through the Employee Training & Development department at VSU. Her computer knowledge of the university’s banner system and parking Flex software system, allows her to assist student’s to her best ability. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education and plans to further her education at Florida State University. She is indeed a great asset to Valdosta State University’s employment staff.
