The Fall Career Expo is a career fair event for current students and alumni who are interested in full-time and part-time employment, as well as cooperative education and internship experiences. All those who plan to attend should dress professionally, arrive early, and bring several copies of their resume.

The Fall Career Expo features professional representatives from the health care information technology, transportation and logistics, therapeutic, food supply, social services, health care technology, marketing, law enforcement, banking, insurance, higher education, nursing, security, health care administration, financial services, staffing, manufacturing, news, retail, distribution, and government career fields.

Throughout the fall semester, Career Opportunities will host several special events, including a Graduate Schools Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, and Education Career Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17. Each event will be held in the University Center Magnolia Room.

“All of the fairs are a great opportunity for students and alumni to establish and/or maintain relationships with employers,” said DeLois Hargett, employer relations coordinator with Career Opportunities. “We wish to do an exemplary job for both students and alumni and simply want to help both ignite their journey with Career Opportunities.”
