Memorial for VSU President Emeritus Hugh C. Bailey to be held Oct. 12
VALDOSTA -- Valdosta State University will hold a memorial service for Dr. Hugh C. Bailey, who served as president from 1978 to 2001, at 3:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 12, in the Whitehead Auditorium, located in the Fine Arts Building.
