1Card System Upgrade
VALDOSTA -- The Division of Auxiliary Services will be
performing a mandatory system upgrade to the 1Card System during
the week of Spring Break, March 12 - 16, 2012.
During this time an individual’s 1Card may not function as expected
and the associated FLEX Account will be unavailable due to the
system upgrade. Areas that will be impacted by the FLEX include:
Laundry, Vending, Bookstore, Parking, Dining, and the Value
Transfer Stations (VTS).
All card functions are expected to be restored no later than
Sunday, March 18, 2012. For questions and problems with 1Card
functions please call the VSU Welcome Center at 229-333-5800.
