Campus Alert: UC Closed Tuesday, Oct. 21
Effectively immediately, the University Center is evacuated due
to two vaguely worded letters suggesting a threat to the University
Center and its inhabitants. VSU Police will conduct a thorough
sweep of the University Center. As a precautionary measure, classes
in the University Center are cancelled for the remainder of the day
(October 21, 2008), including classes this evening. The University
Center is closed to all employees and visitors for the remainder of
the day (October 21, 2008). Doors will be secured and access will
not be permitted to unauthorized individuals.
