VSU Hosts Spring Commencement May 2-3
VALDOSTA - More than 1,200 graduates will walk the stage during
five commencement ceremonies at Valdosta State University on Friday
and Saturday, May 2-3.
Students in the College of Nursing will be the first honored at 2
p.m. Friday in Whitehead Auditorium, followed by those in the
Master of Social Work program at 7 p.m. in the same location. On
Saturday in the P.E. Complex, the 10 a.m. ceremony will feature the
Dewar College of Education and the ROTC Commissioning. Students in
the College of the Arts, Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business
Administration and the Master of Library and Information Science
program will graduate at 1 p.m. and those in the college of Arts
and Sciences will graduate at 4 p.m., also in the P.E.
Complex.
During each ceremony, students will be officially inducted into the
VSU Alumni Association. Bob Knight Photo will serve as the official
photographer and will email proofs to students who register their
