March 7: Severe Weather Alert issued until 9 a.m.
VALDOSTA - The National Weather Service has just issued a Severe
Weather Warning for Lowndes County until 9 am. Winds associated
with this storm can reach as high as 60 mph. It is advisable to
remain indoors in a building that is capable of providing suitable
shelter until the storm has passed. If you must be outside during
this storm, please pay close attention to changing conditions and
be prepared to seek shelter.
