Fall Commencement set for December 9
Valdosta State University’s third and final graduation ceremony
of its centennial year will take place on December 9 at 10 a.m. and
2 p.m. in the P.E. complex located on Baytree road. Eight hundred
and one students are expected to participate in the ceremony.
The morning commencement begins at 10 a.m., and will include
undergraduate and graduate students from the James L and Dorothy H.
Dewar College of Education, the Harley Langdale, Jr. College of
Business Administration, and the Air Force ROTC.
The afternoon commencement begins at 2 p.m., and will included
undergraduate and graduate students from the College of the Arts,
the College of Arts and Sciences, and the College of Nursing.
Limited seating is available. Those needing special seating
