Governance
The Honors Advisory Council meets once per semester at the Honors House. It is comprised of current Honors faculty, the Honors College director, and Honors college students. Issues concerning the organization are discussed at these meetings.

Dr. Ofelia Nikolova, (ornikolova@valdosta.edu) Professor of French, has served as the Director of the University Honors Program/College since Fall semester 2006. |
Department Secretary

Mrs. Jane S. Robinson (ajrobins@valdosta.edu) serves the Honors College in a critical role as departmental secretary. She handles all office business and enjoys assisting all students. |
Graduate Assistant
 |
Michael Holman (mwholman@valdosta.edu) joined the staff Spring 2012. He works closely with Dr. Nikolova to assist each student through the program. Michael is also responsible for updating the Honors College Website, maintaining the Honors Facebook and Twitter pages, and assisting with the production of the Honora. |
Student Assistants
 |
Jennifer Stakich, an Honors student, has been with the college since Fall 2010. She assists Mrs. Robinson in organizing the Honors College office and also serves as the editor and writer of The Honora. Jennifer is an English major and is involved in the Honors Student Association, Alpha Lambda Delta, Sigma Tau Delta, and Up til Dawn. |

Dorrian Baber joined the Honors College staff in Fall 2010. He is a Mass Media major. |
