Shared Services Center
As you know, the Board of Regents approved an initiative to bring the processing of Payroll and Benefits into one centralized location, the Shared Services Center (SSC). Effective November 7, Valdosta State University is being phased into the SSC Call Center process which means that all employees, including faculty, staff , students and retirees will be directing basic inquiries regarding Payroll, eTime, ADP Employee Service Access and Benefits to the SSC Call Center.

VSU will continue to handle benefit and payroll services that require a “personalized touch”. These services include new hire orientation, active and retiree death claims, survivor counseling, HR/Benefits counseling, retirement counseling and emergency benefit and payroll situations.
