                        Grant Awards to make possible events at the Hispanic Heritage Month, October 2000, 2001 and 2003.Grant Awards from the Center for Faculty Development and Instructional Improvement at Valdosta State University, Multicultural Affairs, Vice-president Office. Grant made possible participation of Spanish writer and art historian Dr. Carlos Rojas, as well as dance groups, musicians, lecturers and a poet. Approximate total amount: US$4,500.

                        Initiated an Academic Colaboration Agreement between Valdosta State University and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Spain, to benefit future research and faculty/student exchange, Spring & Fall of 2004.

 

                        Organized and promoted the National Hispanic Heritage Month on VSU campus, October of 2000, 2001 and 2003.
